This is the first app I know to be able to make me feel relaxed and i really enjoyed listening to his voice The only reason I didnt give it 4 stars was because you have to buy the rest and Im broke

I remember vaguely hearing about activities like this but never believed that it works. I havent tried it directly yet so I cant guarantee if it works or not. However, I do believe that its possible and after previewing the app, I am very impressed. There are several sessions and all seem to be interesting in their own ways. Not only are there regular exercises, I also love the nighttime session that you listen to while you sleep. The addition of the timer is also very useful. Definitely try this out - you wont regret it.

The hypnotists voice is excellent. It is soothing, relaxing and helps you focus. The background music is the perfect complement to the hypnotists voice. This app helps you focus on reaching your goal weight and refreshes your body and mind at the same time.

Wow! I have to admit, I was first skeptical about the whole hypnosis thing, but I could not be happier I gave it a try. It’s super relaxing and much easier than almost any other weight loss out there. I hate putting unneeded supplements and products into my body, and this provides the perfect all natural solution to weight-loss.

I love this app but it is a little frustrating I have to restore my purchase after I used it twice. I purchased the whole thing all the tracks are fab. They just need to fix that one thing and then it would be awesome

I wish I could give this 5 stars because the content is great but I purchased the full track package and have to restore my purchases almost every time I use the app. I travel for work and like to listen to this on the airplane and since it has this bug it makes it worthless, you cant restore without internet connection. Please fix your app!!! It is a ridiculous price for something that doesnt work.

I always thought one had to not remember anything to be hypnotized. This app allows you to relax into a deeper state while reaffirming positive actions to making better choices for a better you.

I was excited to listen to the free weight loss session which is approx 37 minutes or so . Very disgusting to discover that if you listen to that free session you will hopefully notice that person in the session is spending 98% of the time preparing you to buy more sessions and is suggesting how important it is to learn to get hypnotized so that you can pay for the other sessions all in real-time . Very disturbing and sickening they are actually hypnotizing you to buy more just listen to the words and phrases carefully makes me sick !

theres not a single part of this app that is actually free! You have to pay at least $4.99 to get even one download. Load of crap!

I have listened to many different weight loss meditation apps but this one is by far the best.

Truly effective.

Ive been working on loosing the pounds Ive gained this Winter due to stress and the holidays (Im a teen) and also loving myself and feeling comfortable with the way I look. This is the first time Ive tried it and its very relaxing. It gives powerful suggestions to motivate me to make healthier food choices and not impulsive eating. Even if it doesnt help it makes you feel great and refreshed.
