I remember vaguely hearing about activities like this but never believed that it works. I havent tried it directly yet so I cant guarantee if it works or not. However, I do believe that its possible and after previewing the app, I am very impressed. There are several sessions and all seem to be interesting in their own ways. Not only are there regular exercises, I also love the nighttime session that you listen to while you sleep. The addition of the timer is also very useful. Definitely try this out - you wont regret it.
